Passengers should arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour prior to departure, due to the end of registration 40 minutes before departure.

Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. 

• applications are accepted until 19:00 on the day preceding the day of the order
• orders placed after 19:00 on the day preceding the day of the order shall be deemed urgent
• the penalty for cancellation requests or modifications to it in less than 4 hours before the time of departure / arrival schedule -  is 100% of the price
• in the case of absence of the passenger on the flight departure or no reference to the employee VIP-lounge on arrival, the cost of services will not be refunded
